Happy fuel info! :)

Hey

How are you?

Only a few days until Easter! Are you heading away or staying home?

We're heading away to family property around the corner from our house. It's always a lovely time of year when the extended family gets together and eats way too much chocolate!!

Easter is usually a very busy time for caravan parks and campsites around the place. I wonder what it will be like this year? But, thinking positively...it's a great time to explore your own city and surroundings.

Where we live, we have some fantastic caravan parks near us, and we've been known to pack up the van and drive the 5 minutes to a wonderful caravan park complete with water slides and bowling alleys more than once!

For those staying at home, it's a great time to complete odd jobs and get started on some preventative maintenance.

However, it could also be a time to start planning a travel budget for your next adventure check out our travel budget - it's a fancy spreadsheet (yep, still can't make a spreadsheet sound cool! haha!!), but it's really useful, and also helps break down the cost of accommodation, fuel and more.

Staying home this weekend?

How about a bit of caravan TLC? With winter fast approaching, and fewer sun hours, it might be time to think if a generator is necessary for your set-up.

Tim has written a heap of great info in this blog about the best generator for your setup. Stay tuned over the next few weeks as he's also writing a series of blogs on generator questions. If you have something specific, feel free to reply, and I'll pass it on to him to add.

For generators and many other caravan parts, we use and recommend My Generator - they're also having great Easter Sales at the moment if there's anything you need.
